We are hiring a motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team in promoting insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, etc.). The ideal candidate should be target-driven, have leadership qualities, and have experience in team management and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Handle a team of telecallers or field sales executives.
Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide training and support for product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor team performance and share regular reports with management.
Handle client queries and assist in closing sales.
Ensure team discipline and maintain a positive work environment.
